You're going to have to be more specific. What problem are you having, what tablet are you using, what program is this in, does it happen in other programs, what have you tried so far, etc.

What I'm trying to say is that my small pen and touch wacom intuos doesn't have any pressure sensitivity. The program that is pic related is MyPaint, but it seems to have this problem on every other program that I use

If you're using Linux, I don't know. Otherwise go to wacom's site and look for the driver downloads.
