What tablet to buy, and where to buy it in japan?

I have a really small budget and I needed a good tablet.

Not sure how small it is, but Im used to draw in a small notebook with 11x16.7x1.9cm, will I have a problem with these small tablets?

The mini tablets are a little troublesome. Small tablet is not the same as a small notebook, because your computer monitor is still big in comparison.

the "a5" size tablets are fine though.
