>I have an idea (...)
>But I have 0 art skills.
If idea's good, then your art skills won't matter that much. Pic related - Onepunch-man is extremely popular despite its shitty style. I'm sure that with a few months of hard training (and a good book) you'll get on that level.
>I need someone to do the art but I'm poor as fuck
Then learn how to draw?
I'm telling you this as an artist: if I'm going to work for free, then I want to at least draw my own ideas and own my work. I also don't want to have in portfolio something that's too controversial.
>how much you need to pay artists
It's hard to say, everything depends on a skill level you're looking for. I guess that you could find someone to do 1 page for 80$ on a decent level (no colors of course).
>how would I get my vision across
>How would I even explain how much panels and stuff?
Google "storyboard". Pic related.
Basically: you're drawing everything yourself, without any details. Then artist redraw your rough sketch.
>And where would I even find a good artist
Good artist that would work for free? lmao
