Well, even if you got the angle wrong and the angle was significantly off from 90 degrees, you still have other things of equal importance to think about.
On the wooden side of the fence, you essentially have to draw 8 equally spaced lines to the vanishing point to set up the 4 horizontal planks.
On the right, 6 equally spaced, equally THICK horizontal lines(to simplify, instead of trying to draw 12 lines).
On the left, you'll need to use diagonals through the midpoint/midheight of the fence(vertical), to set up the spaces(which is necessary, because the spaces are decreasing visually).
These three things, plus the angle, are pretty much the most important. If you get any of them majorly wrong, your image will be funky.
When you draw the snowcaps, you'll want the bottom curved line to be correct in relation to the horizon.. They're essentially segments of an ellipse. You should be able to estimate these and aren't as important. The snowcaps are just spheres, so as long as you draw them correctly diminishing in size, you're good.
