the major landmarks are just the same for men, i'ts small variations in things like the jaw width and the size of the brow that makes a face male. It's subtle stuff so just learn it by doing studies of male and female faces

Start by learning individual features (eyes, nose, mouth, so on), then learn proportions/placement, and then head towards expression and trickier angles. The main thing is to work from life/photos and just draw a fuckton of male and female faces because there are a ton of subtle things that you just have to learn through experience.
