So ive been working on trainer game sort of similar to akabur games

I managed to get a concept build and ive started to look around for artists who can do commissions and stuff

So /art/ How do I find normal artists, from the few small forums ive gone to, most artists are fucking obsessed with drawing furry shit or are just generally shitty people who are impossible to work with

Are there any actual artists who aren't tumblr tier butt mad autists? Where do I find them?

Your best bet is probably looking for game art in deviantart/tumblr and then contacting the artist, or asking in polycount or something, depending what kind of art you need. These people don't usually advertise "commissions" from what I've seen.

Its really hard to find normal artists. to be honest on tumblr and DA there are a lot of cliques (they sometimes are the same people) that are in the industry.

If you're looking for people a great place to post a job is at a local college (if you wan cheap work) or on Craig's list.

I do illustration/ concept art and would love to see if i can help.
