Using an intuos wacom pen tablet. There are some spots which makes your cursor move by itself.
This can also make drawing lines harder because it messes up your sketch, which it actually did.

Can you post an example of what it actually looks like? Draw a straight line and post it, it's hard to say otherwise.
If that pic is actually what happens, then you probably got a faulty tablet or didn't install the drivers or something.

I have the same tablet and I'm not having any trouble. Maybe turn on force proportions in the mapping settings of the wacom tablet propoerties?

I have a spot on the tablet that does this. Its just one spot though and I just avoid it, I don't see how it could happen for an entire line unless your tablet is completely fucked
