Which sagas and old texts are a good place to start for reading old Asatru lore? And what would you say is the right way to read/interpret them?
I recently read the entire Havamal and was impressed, it's all good advice regarding traveling and handling people who are assholes while still being a good person yourself. What should I read next?
I quickly decided it seems best when you approach it with the mindset of listening to advice of a wise old man by a fire–it's not a set of commands or rules, exactly, like the christfags have, but you would be very foolish not to listen, and remember the advice when you have trouble in your life. Thoughts on this?
