No, but they experienced cultural diffusion from Indo-Aryans (i.e. Hinudism and Buddhism. Mostly Buddhism in Tibet's case)

Ehh even Native Americans and African tribes used swastikas. Its a very simple symbol but yeah in Eurasia the Swastika is kinda the symbol of Aryan influence.

But there are other and more clear cut ways to tell if a culture is aryan
