I have an Alienware 17" laptop that can run any game on ultra-high settings. It is the newest graphics card that exists right now and is much more powerful than my desktop computer which already could run SCII on Ultra settings.

OK I got everything set up now and put graphics for everything to absolute max, it's in English, etc.

Wish I had a place to sit down while playing… have to play just resting my knees on pillows.

Is there some way to turn that grey filter off?

Also, I execute everyone even if at full health… and it's kind of boring.

The controls are really shitty btw, I find it really difficult to throw grenades and so many other things without fuck up.

I have been playing on extreme difficulty and it's not hard.

No the whole game is the grey filter. You can turn off the animation for executions in the gameplay options menu. Look for "safe executions only" and put that to yes. If the controls are bad, you can rebind them.

Every single time I play the game it keeps switching my keyboard to French keyboard fuck.

I'm in a city now massacring everyone so it's more interesting but still rather boring.
