Facebook's security is EXTREMELY good nowadays, but if you are just making an account and not trying to hack it somehow it shouldn't take much time. Most of it is creating the fake mail. I make so many of them I'd probably be able to make one in a minute or two if I didn't put any effort in making it convicing. However, if the account gets locked by facebook and asks you to verify it with a phone, it's gone for good unless you use an actual phone. No workarounds, to the point that even pro hackers creating accounts in mass intended to be used by bots find it more practical to buy a shitload of SIM cards and verify them by hand.
