I would like people to learn the difference between LaVeyan "satanists" who see Satan just as a symbol and the probably not so common satanists who are simply angry christards with the same delusions and superstitious beliefs but turned to a different interpretation.

Either way it is unrealistic to demand a secular outlook to a news agency which is probably composed of christian personnel. Nobody but abrahamic theists believe in the existence of Satan, so they are prone to see confirmation about the devil and hell where there's nothing. I am not completely aligned with LaVeyan philosophy, but in any case I think it is a misfortune that they are giving Christards even more reasons to think their mythology is real
