Not an atheism podcast but I like listening to the history of philosophy podcast witch often talks about philosophy of religion, science, mind, metaphysics, epistemology, logic etc good for anyone interested in the theism vs atheism debate. It even goes into things like Islamic philosophy witch most people know fuck all about.

Seth Andrews was an old christian radio host that does a podcast weekly called "The Thinking Atheist". The weekly thing is pretty annoying, but they're pretty high quality when they do roll around. There's the Scathing Atheist, too, but I've only heard a few of those episodes, so I'm kind of on the fence still.
