It started to change when they supported the minority '93 Lib state government and had to have more than just a green only agenda, they supported gay law reform and anti gun bills.

 No.31322

>>31306

>I can't believe you dumb kids are so fucking retarded as to think Bob Brown was in any way "conservative' or "only focused on Green issues".

I can't believe you're so fucking stupid that you can't tell the difference between "conservative" and "most conservative". There's a conservative wing of the labor party too, it's relative.

And yes, my understanding is that the Tasmanian branch of the Greens is the most conservative one. NSW and WA being the far left ones.

>You stupid fucking ignorant cunt. Bob Brown is a full blown communist.

See this is bullshit, Bob Brown was a doctor who got gooey over the environment, but Lee Rhiannon, Greens Senator from NSW on the other hand:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lee_Rhiannon

>Lee Rhiannon was born Lee Brown, the daughter of Bill and Freda Brown, who were long-term members of the Communist Party of Australia (CPA) and later the Soviet-aligned Socialist Party of Australia (SPA). Her parents' membership of the CPA led to documentation of her life by the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO) from as early as the age of seven. She joined the SPA around 1973.

and they also had this hag as a senator previously:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kerry_Nettle

On the other hand at least both of those two are a 'anti-zionists'. Lol.

But anyway while the NSW Brach of the Greens was riddled with actual Card-Carrying Communists from the start, and the Western Australian branch was built in large part out of the remains of the Nuclear Disarmament Party, which actually got a senator (Jo Valletine) up in the 80s.

The Tasmanian branch on the other hand grew directly out of the environmental movement which had ballooned through opposition to the Franklin Dam and other stuff that went on in Tasmania in the 70s/80s.

 No.31323

>>31322

See, I'd probably quite like the Greens and might even vote for them if they'd drop the fucking retarded SJW issues and go back to being a party for hippies and people concerned about the environment.

If you're concerned about Australia's environment, CLOSE THE FUCKING BORDERS SO THAT POPULATION GROWTH IMMEDIATELY HALTS.

 No.31324

>>31306

>That 'Green' shit ruined Tassie's economic development you dumb motherfucker.

Oh bullshit, Tasmania has a ton of problems, being even more dependent on mining and forestry then they already are wouldn't make Tasmania a prosperous place.

The cost of shipping to/from the mainland is actually one of the biggest issues.

It has similar problems to South Australia in that it's on the periphery, it's removed from the major population centres, the main ports, and the rest of the transport infrastructure.

In the case of SA the only reason it was ever half decent at all is that Playford built massive tracts of cheap housing and as well as doing other very 'interventionist' things to the economy to keep the cost of living down and basically created a situation where SA could undercut other states on wages to make up for it being in a shit place geographically but workers could still have the same standard of living because shit was cheap.

But that was when manufacturing was protected by tariffs and when China was a place where people ate clay to distract them from the fact that they were starving - hard to see how that'd work now.

The Greens never actually had that much influence on policy in Tasmania because Labor and the Liberals united on all the important policy questions.

Labor was even more in the pocket of the forestry industry than the liberals were.

The Tassie unions were extremely pro worker and anti green too.

Forestry collapsed in Tassie for normal economic reasons (all they ever did was export woodchips sold at a ridiculously low price, in competition with the third world).

 No.31334

>>31332

>Forestry collapsed in Tassie for normal economic reasons (all they ever did was export woodchips sold at a ridiculously low price, in competition with the third world).

It's fucking retarded how little value adding Australia does with stuff like this. We're net exporters by tonnage of wood/paper products, but net importers by value.

Pulp/paper mills are capital intensive, we'd be competing in large part with countries like Japan and the United States, not the third world and we export wood-chips to Japan - it's insane that we don't at least cover Australia's domestic consumption with local production, yet we don't.

It's not like there isn't any industry, we do a tiny bit of value adding, we just don't do nearly enough.

 No.31735

>>31733

That's a difficult question, but I reckon $100,000 would be more than enough. I don't think money will be too much a problem, especially because we (as traditionalists) don't fall into the trap of loving money. There are many of us who are willing to use all of our money on something like this. And why not? Using my money to contribute to mainstream Australian society is a waste. Why would I want to give money to a country that doesn't care about me at all? Also, I don't think that this would fail if we tried it. Moving states and building a cheap house is pretty fool-proof with enough money. The only obstacle we have to overcome is gathering enough of the right people.

I don't think there should be any sexual degenerates such as trannies or homosexuals. It is OK if you take drugs now but you should discontinue doing so if you join a traditionalist movement.

The important thing is that each person has skills and perhaps some resources to bring to the table. There must also be ideological agreement otherwise any sort of commune arrangement will fail. I have seen it happen at an ecovillage that one of my extended family members lived at.

I'm not a dictator, but we'd deduct social principles from the Bible, similarly to the Amish people that currently live in Pennsylvania. Any other attempt to assert objective morality is culturally irrelevant and unsupportable.

Liberty is important, but social and moral unity is also important. I do believe that a balance exists.

Again, I'm no dictator. I really shouldn't be the one to decide these kinds of rules, but once we gain sovereignty, we will be able to do so.

We won't gain sovereignty, that sort of thinking is where this slips into LARPing. We need to approach this patiently with good planning. To establish a community we also need to work out a minimum number of family units required. That is, a man and his wife both of whom intend to have children.

It would be good to have the support of an established church as well. That would add legitimacy to our group.

 No.31744

I know we probably won't gain sovereignty, I think he was just asking a theoretical question

The actual reason we need to create this movement is less to do with law and more to do with social climate. Also, it is no longer rational to depend on a country that is tangled in the web of international trade.

 No.31747

 No.31748

It's going to happen sooner or later, and it will be more devastating than expected. The economy is being manipulated more than we are told.

The only sane thing to do as traditionalists is to return to our agrarian roots. We can't keep living like this, we need to return to the agricultural lifestyle of our ancestors.

Of course, I agree. Having said that it is important to preserve our Australian history and heritage as well. No movement can survive without a solid foundation. Christianity is a big part of that but it is important to have ties to the land and our race and culture as well.

In fact, to some extent there is no white race without white culture. Our very mindsets are shaped by the fundamental assumed and implied beliefs held by our people.

We should endeavor to learn practical skills but also the history of our land. For example, you want to base our movement in Tasmania. Are you familiar with Gustav Weindorfer and Cradle Mountain?

Yes Christianity should come first. We are in a lot of ways, a European country. The left can't change that because the left are not really aware that its very Europeaness exists inside themselves in their mentality.

The problem is that the sjw movement is the culmination of the arch of Faustian Western society. We should not establish ourselves too deeply within that culture lest we too are carried away by the evil one when the time is up.

Instead we have to focus on training ourselves in a nationalist Christian Australian mindset. When the nations are once again seperated by the lack of efficient cheap transport a new age will begin and I believe that with it, there will be a return to nationalism. There must be.
