So I was thinking for a bit of fun we could set up some ads on the new 8ch ad system. However we have two things to get out of the way first:
1. The fun part - we need ads. In this thread please post your submissions. They must be 728x90 banners. The manner in which you depict /aus/ is up to you - a place for banter, a place for shitposting, a place for sharing illegal stolen nudes of aussie girls obeying Australian Federal laws, a place for fine Strayan culture - whatever you want. Just make sure they're attention grabbing!
2. The not so fun part - funding. I'm willing to chip in about $20 each month (my own personal budget depending), which would buy us one (1) global ad for 24 hours, or it would buy us x4 $5 targeted ads, each lasting 24 hours (could use them to just target high user count boards such as /pol/ and /v/).
Let me know in this thread how many of you, if any, would also be willing to make small contributions. If there's enough of you then I'll set up a paypal account that you can pay into for the ads.
Hopefully if our ad campaign is successful it'll give us a little (permanent) boost to our user count. I know that during the SA Fappening a large number of new users posted on here saying they were Australian 8ch users who had never even known that /aus/ existed - these are the kind of people we want to get the attention of.

If you get too many payments made from random people they will decide you are using a personal account for business reasons and ban you.
And once you're banned you're fucked.
Also if people of ill repute transfer money to you this can reflect badly on you.
