So we all know that Tor cant be trusted anymore, and tails which runs through Tor isn't helping much.
>>>I am looking for something that will leave at a 85%-90% anonymity.
NOTE: That I comprehend that complete anonymity is IMPOSSIBLE ON THE INTERNET.
My Reasons:
For one I am paranoid and don't like having metadata collected on me.
For two I am afraid that if i speak of nationalism, fascism, or communism that I might be listed [Note: that I read a lot and have a method of learning in which I questions (Make threads on Leftist pol and /pol/) different ideologies (Socrates method) ]

There's no such thing as anonymity in this day and age. Your best bet is to become everyone. Have a dozen social media networks run by a dozen different people with a dozen diffferent data sets. Let your ISP see you connect to infinichan, and also let them see you connect to youtube and google and yandex and disneychannel and cheezburger.
Become untraceable, not be having no data available, but by having an abundance.

Well, I do think privacy and anonymity are important. For example, this site wherein we are mostly anonymous. Our opinions and statements are what matter, not social status or skin color or whatever. Compared to Facebook where all that matters to some degree since idenities are now in the picture.
its true we are born into a botnet despite what the autists on /tech/ say, but even if you aren't a bad guy, sometimes you just don't want your dirty laundry to shown to people. Most of it can be prevented by not being the typical Facebook junkie but you still have black hats and shit who also want your data.

You want to be a untraceable? Steal other people's computers and phones and use them in public in disguise. That's how simple it is. You'll never be caught if you wear gloves because even your hair or sweat or any other source of DNA will mix with that of other people once you leave the device for somebody else or throw it away. You don't need proxies, you don't need to worry about what you save on the device or how suspicious your searches are. If you want to save content, just keep a hard drive with you. It doesn't even have to be encrypted so long as you disconnect the internet connection of the device before you copy the files to the hard drive. Technically law enforcement can still track it if they really have the motivation and resources but in most places they simply don't. In most countries they also need warrants. Move around a lot if you can afford it or are fine with identity theft and trespassing. My only advice is not to ever go to Finland or Turkey. They may sound like ideal countries for illegal activity at first but the law enforcement is corrupt as hell and they do not need warrants, they can search you on the street for any reason at any time. You will most often be able to pay them off or just convince them not to care about what you are doing but if they do decide to fuck you over, they will do it hard.
I have lived in almost every country in the world and the only places I've been arrested are Finland, Turkey, Armenia, Russia, Ukraine, the US and the UK. In Ukraine and the UK it was for staying in the country illegally and I was just deported and had to pay for it myself, I spent two nights in jail in Russia and in Finland, I was able to convince the cops that I wasn't who they were looking for because the picture they had was old. From Turkey I was deported to Azerbaijan for prosecution for suspicion on terrorism where I was pardoned, from Armenia the same happened but with child porn and rape. I was pardoned again but was told I was not welcome in Azerbaijan ever again and if I ever returned, I would be arrested and charged.
The moral is to keep your distance to people and make enough mess to be wanted for more than what you don't want to be wanted for. For me that was terrorism-related and rape over the many gigabytes of child porn I had, including some OC. I've since deleted all of it and have been clean from CP for over a month. It should always be somewhat related to the real crime but never enough for the connection to be too obvious. If you want to buy or sell drugs, then prostitution or other commonly connected crimes are much better to throw off suspicion.
I would also suggest you to always use a fake name everywhere, invent as much past for yourself as you can and make it all traceable to a reasonable extent. This is easy to set up by identity theft or even impersonation of famous people, the latter may get you in trouble if you do it with too many traces. Always make sure to associate your real identity to everything that could be reasonably connected without incrimination, in the most minor way. That way you will never be a suspect but a person of interest and you may be interviewed informally, which gives you the perfect opportunity to get yourself out of trouble and keep tabs on what the cops have.

Go down the rabbit hole. Any of those somewhat shady ad-ridden porn sites will do, the ones that have the most popular pics as thumbnails for videos that don't exist and that have thousands of pop ups and ads and scripts and viruses. Go on one of those and you will become a living hive of shit, enter your email address and the email addresses of everyone you know on all of the possible places you can, and you will be a hive of filth.

Darknets: I2P + Bittorrent and other P2P
Alternative to the above: Freenet, Retroshare/IPFS/Zeronet routed through Tor
Clearnet: Tor. No, VPNs are not safe for anything other than torrents. No, there is no such thing as "blending in" unless you don't care about hiding from anyone apart from your mom and the neighbors. Yes, your ISP/LEA will know you're using a darknet. No, they won't know who posted what without owning at least 2 of the nodes.
All traffic is mined, stored for at least 2 years and analyzed, not adding a few layers of encryption for obscurity on top is like going to battle with a Civic instead of a tank because you'll be hit and probably die anyway regardless.
Reminder that dissident sites are heavily monitored and for popular sites text recognition is a thing. Take this as an example: You've got a neighborhood where all houses have cameras installed apart from one. LEA focuses on the one that doesn't, but is that house more in danger than the others? Would it be in less if it did have cameras installed?
Also, Darknets > Clearnet

You can always buy an used laptop with cash from a shady place. (or find one laying around in your nearest airport)
You can always download Trisquel and Kali from a nearby starbucks (universities and libraries provide ethernet ports too in certain rooms).
You can always borrow wifi from your neighbor (Kali is for that, don't use Kali for anonymity).
There is no best anonymity that a few bucks and two days of dedication can provide (some laptops have builtin wifi that does the trick, but 20 dollars buy an excellent USB dongle).
Then, and only then, you connect to Tor (of course there is more than that, but such details you learn as you go).
