When bodybuilders talk shit about how they work out and all, i get motivated

Only problem is I can only last 1.5 hours at max in the gym

After repping to the extreme my muscles just give up and I cant do any more reps

Bodybuilders talking about how they work out like +5 hours every day

how the fuck can I achieve this?

Ofc I have been only working out like few weeks now, but I do not wish for it to end so fast.

I want to build my figure but right now it feels like I am running in circles, and that my workouts have no effect on my muscles

When I go to gym, I want to work my ass off until I fall unconscious, but I cant do that because my body gives up before I do

Go talk to /fit/, nigger. Sounds like if you're really exercising as much as you say it might be a matter of what kinds of exercise and what your diet looks like.

4 scoops of steroid juice?

 No.5501573

As long as you're maxing yourself out you're probably fine. You need rest days as well. Workout fucks your muscles up, recovery is when you're actually building muscle. Diet is also very important. Educate yourself, talk to people in the real world, plenty of the guys at the gym are nice enough, as long as you don't interrupt their workout they'll probably be willing to crack a couple of eggs of wisdom. Don't give up OP, it takes time to get to the level you're shooting for. Patience, discipline & education are your allies.

I really dont have one

Monday - Gym, Tuesday - Judo, Wednesday - Gym, Thursday - Judo, Friday - Gym, Saturday - Gym, Sunday - Gym

I do 5 sets of 15 reps, sometimes over that, I use enough weight to completely exhaust me after all sets are done

There's: tri's, lat pulldowns, bench press, chest, curls, leg presses, shoulders

It's like, I do lots of reps for the specific muscles that arent sore and only do minimal reps with the sore ones

I dont have specific routine on exercises but I do things i've learned fro my earlier experiences on the gym when I was around 15-18 years old and some new stuff.

I cant squat nor to deadlift because I have severe back problems.

Those guys might spend 3-4 hours at the gym, but they to a set and fuck around with their friends for 15 min in between.

Watch some vids and keep at it.

But guys like Rich and CT Fletcher have told many times that the best results they've achieved come from training alone, and mostly only on videos they've got lots of people to talk to and it ruins their workout, but whenever they're working out outside of camera, they manage to work out just as long

These people are on steroids OP, work out a muscle group every two days, you wont have to spend more than an hour in the gym. If you keep at it you'll gain muscle.

>But guys like Rich and CT Fletcher have told many times that the best results they've achieved come from training alone

Training and steroids. Listen to this guy, hes an actual lifter, who actually lifts heavy, and doesn't use steroids. Scooby1961 is also pretty good.

OP gymfags are bullshitters 5 hours a day is ruinous and ineffective once you're worn down.

1.5 hours to 2 hours per session is fine.

>5 sets of 15 reps

No, no anything above 12 is into cardio territory, you need to up your weight and drop your reps.

5 or 6 sets upping the weight as you go with the last set being the heaviest you can manage for 6 reps, rest for a minute between each set.

>7 days a week

You're doing too much, if you've just started you need to chill the fuck out you need at least a couple of days rest to get back on decent form, or you will when you start lifting the right amounts.

To be fair I swim every day and usually lift every other but that's after 6 months of staggered starting, you won't see muscle results for a couple of months no matter how much you kill yourself for them you must pace yourself this shit takes years.

>No squats or deadlifts

Damn man, those are the best ones. There's nothing like deads for your back and squats for your thighs.

I'm finicky myself about doing those two exercises. I'm a beginner, and I want to be careful so I don't mess up my joints with bad form. I want to get my lifting right, but I go to the gym at irregular hours and don't have a lift bro to spot me.

 No.5538911

I rest 2-5 min between sets. Leg days are about 11 to 13 sets those are usually 4-5min rest and upper days are 15-21 sets 2-3 min rest. Most of my gym time is spent counting the minutes and listening to music.

WHO THE FUCK is telling you to workout for 5 hours? Because if you are trying to build muscle then you should work one muscle group and work out for upwards of an hour max.

They are either bragging about themselves or trolling.

High intensity fitness is the only way to really gain muscles. This is the same way all the legendary bodybuilders of our time built muscle. Doing lengthy weightlifting isn't as beneficial. Push yourself to failure and then give yourself a rest day or two. Then do it again. Time at the gym is not equivalant to gains.
