If you can get her back then it's good. If you don't then it's even better.
Let's look at two things:
1. Look how desperate and needy you are. That is not good, you need to fix that first if you want any girl to like you and more importantly to respect you.
2. If she is really bored and can't love you any more then that's that. If you manage to get her to stay with you despite that, it will be a horrible relationship.
What can you do? That is the wrong question. It is not what you do but who you ARE and right now you are needy and desperate.
My solution:
Fix your neediness by dating more girls, try arrange at least one date a week, even date the average/ugly looking ones that you aren't attracted to (you might even be surprised once you get to know them), that way you will have an abundance mentality and you wouldn't care about your next gf breaking up with you because you know you will have other great girls around, you will not be needy and therefore you won't be making all the actions and decisions that causes your gf to see you as "boring" or whatever, in fact, I can probably guess she thinks you are boring because you were too afraid of losing her in the first place, unless of course, you are the "be yourself" kind of guy who really does have a boring personality because he is too busy "being himself" instead of putting in an effort in himself to make himself an interesting man.
Let her go anon, you might never find anyone like her but there are many great girls who are good in their own way and trust me: if you take at least a tiny bit of effort to improve yourself and become a better man, your next relationship will be so much better than this one and you will be so much happier.
