I liked sunshine.
I liked how in super mario 64 you could get more than one star in the same mission.
You couldn't do that as much in sunshine, but you still had the same open world feel to it. Flud was also nice, but collecting blue coins was a bitch. Wish it had more levels.
Galaxy felt more linear due to the sling stars shooting you from planet to planet. The fact that you were moving to differnet worlds instead of the same one made each mission feel more linear I guess.
Only played galaxy 2 once, so I can't really judge it. I like how they added the long jump back.
Don't like how both galaxies removed sliding though. It was also nice to kick shit in super mario 64, even though you never really used it much.
Also, I'm not sure whether it was because i got older, but I beat galaxy and I'm pretty sure I could beat galaxy 2 (the first level I played was the last one and I was able to due it eventually. The other ones in the (S galaxy?) Were difficult but doable.) I was never able to get all 120 stars in super mario 64 (although the ds remake I did beat) and even if I replayed sunshine I still thik I would have a problem.
