Since I don't know too much about the good alcoholic substances made in LV and LT, here's my favourite from Latvia so far:

Riga Black Balsam

More bitter than your usual Jägermeister, it feels like a true medicinal liquor of old.

P.S. Should I make a thread for the local bookplates/ex libris we can find? Found quite a few examples from ET and LV online.
