The trader who says this is Moe Byle. How did bane know his name, he looks at his name tag right after the trader, Moe Byle, tells him that there is no money there. Why would Bane be interested in this trader? How many people, confronted by big guys renowned for crashing things such as planes and now possibly attempting to crash the stock market, how many people would be able to maintain such composure and stand-up to these big guys? Bane, impressed with his testicular fortitude and apparent knowledge of the stock exchange and its workings decided to bring him on and make him one of the initiated. That and Bane needs somebody to manage his funds. Why? Because Wreckage Brother used to handle all the money but due to Pavel's constant shouting during the place scene and CIA being so dreamy, Bane was flustered and forgot to keep the one guy that could handle the money. Remember, Wreckage Brother was set and ready to go up with Bane. It was Bane who stopped him. That is why in this scene here, you see Bane pacing about almost nervously. He is worried about his taxes and regretting telling Wreckage Brother to join in the wreckage.
Long story short, Bane recruited someone to hep him with his taxes and money woes. He tells him to come along because he was taking a nap after being roughed up by Bane aka being initiated by Bane since such is a tiring ordeal.
