Alright, it looks like /bane/ is active on Next, for better or worse.

I created a thread there to coordinate and what not.

Alternatively, I also created a thread on endchan in case /bane/ collectively decides to move there. I haven't claimed the board, at least for the moment, but I will if need be.

For now, I'll just leave this as a sticky.

I gotta go figure my way around Next some more and look into endchan deeper. I'm not planning on taking any drastic actions without /bane/'s blessing.

Feel free to voice any thoughts, concerns, preferences, or anything else involving the migration. I guess one way or another, this particular place will be gone soon, so it's either Next, or if not, endchan or somewhere else. I don't have to be the BO of it, but I'm fine with doing the job if wanted/needed.

The thing is that here will become what's currently at the http://beta.8ch.net/bane/thread/103337#103337 link once the migration finalizes.

If /bane/ decides that's acceptable, we'll just continue on naturally. Otherwise, we need to find a new aircraft, such as endchan. I haven't necessarily written off Next yet, but if the /bane/ community does for any reason, I'm also okay we relocating. I'm holding off on taking over endchan's /bane/ because I'd rather not moderate two different versions of this board. If we move there I'll take it and abandoned Next/bane/. Otherwise I'll just let the other guy keep end/bane/ and stay here.

I'm thinking of encouraging posters here to relocate to the Next/beta version of /bane/, since we don't have much time left here anyways. Maybe by requiring every post here to have a captcha and post a red text update in the OP of this thread telling people to go there (or to endchan if they prefer it). Big Guys need to decide which of the two they prefer, because this version will be gone soon. I'd prefer to know where we are prefer before the final switch.
