They both have super strength from a drug (assuming composite characters, not just Nolan's gritty realism boner), so is it reasonable to consider them physically equal? I'd say it would be more a contest of skill and cunning.

If Bane was given Venom like in other media, then yes he would've won hands down, but in the Nolanverse he's just a very strong individual who has trained to his peak condition and is hopped up on pain killers that don't even enhance his strength. At least make the pain killers a type of steroid or call them venom.

Bane with Venom would be an interesting fight. He would have the strength advantage, but Cap would have speed and the shield. Nolanverse Bane gets his ass handed to him though.

Venom feeds off of adrenaline, so I imagine a symbiote Bane would be pretty damn powerful.
