Using those resources, I was able to track it down to one person, Abishek Dariwhal.
Abishek Dariwhal is the person that started up Hey Kids, and it seems that he's one of the people that's making those strange games.
What I know so far is that he's a Indian tech support from /r9k/. I have no idea where the girl comes in play here, I still haven't put in the effort in tracking her down.
