He has an account at networksolutions.com providing privacy for the whois. They had a crucial doxxing bug back in 2011 but it's no longer exploitable.

I did find out that he registered with the email Jason.Pargin@demandmedia.com, and (maybe) uses the username jpargin on networksolutions.
