How would you go about finding those last two digits?

I have his name, city, and his facebook account.

I was trying using his email to find accounts he may have associated it with, and looking at the phone numbers attached (since websites usually display the last four digits)

Turns out Google only displays the final two

Call him. It's at most 100 try, and you can use some things to anonymize your calls.

Say "Mr [name of your target]?", until someone says yes. Ask for a wrong first name, the guy will say it is an error. You may ask him his first name, to be sure it is your target.

When the number is entered Google sends a code as a text which has to be typed on the next screen. As far as I remember anyway
