Install a rootkit on his computer, manually might not work because you would have to get access to his house and such (unless you enlist you ex's help), but if he downloads and opens something from an email with a different pretext (work related, have your ex send him a document that it is "urgent for him to read" etc.), once you have root access install CP on his computer, don't leave an anonymous FBI tip (its kind of suspicious) but if you leave it open when his wife uses the computer or browse CP without precaution remotely to make it look like he got caught on his own it will work.
