Alright fuccbois, we've played a few games of this before (at least, I've played some with Maverick and Cedar has played before too) so I guess I might as well make a /bashdash/ thread for it.
NetMech is the free online multiplayer component of 1995s MechWarrior 2. The great folks at Mech2.org host an IPX server made just for NetMech.
However, said server isn't just for them, it's open to anyone who wants to play NetMech. So, we're pretty much free to play games whenever we want to.

A1 - Run the game with NetMech.exe, not DOSBox.exe

A2 - Yes, download the NetMech.exe with the -noconsole switch enabled.
