I guess body type being seen as a fetish would fall into the same category as preferring a certain hair or eye color–it doesn't affect the personality and emotions of that person no matter how many stereotypes are enforced.
As for too big, it's hard to categorize since some women carry it better than others. There's a lot of them I love between 200 and 300 pounds, although Sweet Adeline can even make 450 look wonderful. Immobiles and quarter-tons, on the hand, just don't appeal to me.

For me, it really depends. I can go pretty big. I got off to a girl that was 5'10 ~400 lbs. a few times. Similarly, I've fantasized about a handful of other girls of similar, if not somewhat higher weight. If their body pretty much becomes a shapeless blob and/or they're unable to actually move, that's where I draw the line.
Bigbootybeauty is actually an example of close to going over that line, but not quite.

Honestly I just like girls who have really big butts, so I generally draw the line at ~230 pounds. I can't say for sure because I'm speaking generally and not on a case by case basis. Some girls below the weight I mentioned are disgusting. I'd say the real life limit for me is when their weight/size starts to majorly affect day to day stuff in terms of mobility, like having to scout out everything beforehand to see if she can go to this restaurant or that movie theater. I'm not unwilling to make accommodations, especially for the right girl as I'm not a super active triathlon type of guy. However, I don't want to spend my life on the couch with her or go out alone and people wonder if my girlfriend's imaginary or locked up in a basement.
The thing I love about fat girls is like others how soft they are. And every jiggle and waddle is like a seductive movement of its own. Plus, when their other features get bigger, it makes their pudgy hands, feet and faces seem smaller and the whole girl becomes paradoxically daintier to me.

It depends how she wears it really. Different girls distribute fat in different ways and some of them like >>2336 can hit the genetic lottery and look amazing when most other girls at that size would start to go mishapen. On average I just like it when they're slightly chubby with a bit of a belly, I can't stand obese chicks which is why browsing this board can be a bit of a pain sometimes.
That's just for 3D though. With drawings I don't really have a limit as long as it's drawn well and omits a lot of the 'gross' features that come with reaching that size.
