The fact that food is faster and easier to come by because of the process of adding hormones and cimeclies to it, made to accommodate a busy lifestyle. Which wouldn't be that much if the nature of ones work and livelihood was still physically demanding. Sins of a full service culture I guess. Obesity at any scale may have become a the Default Setting but it's still a chose. Even with thyroid disorder.
