If you want a manga suggestion, there's a shoujo/comedy manga called Pochamani where the main heroine is chubby. In the beginning she's not drawn very chubby but over the course of the manga she's drawn much more chubby and adorable. There's a second chubby girl that get's introduced in chapter 19 but that hasn't been released in English yet. (It will soon though, it got picked up by a new scanlation group)

It's more cute and shoujo than it is lewd, but hey if you want cute fat 2d girls it's one of the rare mangas that has one as the main character.

There's Girls Saurus & Girls Saurus DX

For the most part the fat girls aren't common and even rarer still drawn attractive, and the MC's rival is meant to be comic relief but I'm sure anyone here will just see him as the most aggregiously offensive chubby chaser there is, not even sure why I would recommend it in this thread outside of it being what it is.

There's also Takemare Takemaru (I probably mispelled it) who the main female love interest is Yukie, which I'm sure many of you have actually seen fan-art of over the years.

Hmm I don't have any specific recommendations ther than Pocha Pocha Suieibu (which I think actually got dropped by their scanlation group recently)

Here's a search on BakaUpdates for manga with a fat female lead but no weight loss (since a lot of manga with fat girls has them lose the weight as part of the story)
