Biggest I've been with is a girl who got to around 150kg but lost her nerve once she broke a chair at her parents place. They pressured her a lot after that and she started taking those diet pills that are basically amphetamines and lost about 10 kg real quick no matter how much she ate. Real shame. Also she was fucking crazy so kind of bullet dodged.

170kg mate she's going all the way :) in her words I will reach 400kg or have a heart attack trying she's having the equivalent of 9 weight gain shakes a day plus her usual diet which is fast food breakfast lunch and dinner she's ballooned the last two weeks
