The giant DNP list meant that you couldn’t share anything good, the handful of OC contributors don’t post enough to keep the board active, and now the mods are killing the only other use for the site (uncensored debate).
I knew the site was doomed the day I saw someone get banned in like 5 minutes for disagreeing with Jess… at the same time that there had been CP spam sitting on the front page for over a day despite everyone flagging it. Way to have your priorities straight, guys.

From the looks of things, it barely did anything for the life of the site anyways. Now a real action that would bring (at least me) back would be demodding jess and ohpee. They basically just do whatever they want. Honestly the only thing left for bbw-chan to be interesting is sharing paid content, and gossiping. DMCA is a step in the right direction for the former, and straight up banning jess and ohpee would be a step in the right direction for the latter.

I was never on the staff of BBW-chan but I was co-administrator of another small(and now dead) image board. It is a Catch 22 for image board staff. I have been to very few with a seemingly consistently good staff for this reason. I’m just frustrated that certain mods have been given free rein to impose their personal prejudices on the discussion. For a long time bbw-chan was the only place where (thanks to the anonymous imageboard format) you could have honest, uncensored discussion about the “community” without having to deal with the white knights, personal feuds and general personality drama that you get on a traditional forum like Dims or Curvage.
Sometimes that just meant spreading gossip or making fun of crazies, but there were also a lot of informed, thoughtful discussions about the seamy side of modeling and the bbw scene. There’s nowhere else I know of where I can get that kind of debate, and I’m sad that it’s been squashed in favor of jess and ohpee’s Tumblr feels.

Had regular female posters like Paige, Tsunami-chan (possibly the GOAT in my opinon), and a few other prominent cam whores. Just started browsing 8chan myself, so here's to something great and new.
I stopped going after it all became site sharing shit and the moderation went full McIntosh. The only reason I was there in the first place was the amateur stuff.
