It's all about self-esteem. People sometimes say "fat chicks are easier" or things like that, but it goes a lot deeper than that. It takes work and luck to discover a normal girl's flaws, but with a chubby girl, you can see hers from the get-go. This means that even with nothing but a porn clip or image to go by, they've already been brought down to earth to a personal level that is more attractive and emotionally rewarding to admire than a generic plastic model-type.
It's obvious why skinny guys would be insecure, but why fit guys, who you'd think would be the most secure in their appearance of any man? The answer is that they didn't start out fit.
