I don't have a girlfriend, but I do have a boyfriend, so this would apply to him.
I'd basically want him to transform into any animal I fantasize about. Cats, wolves, thylacines, dolphins, dogs, tigers, pumas to name a few. The conditions would be that he'd have to be able to transform back into human at will and he'd have to retain his human consciousness and perspective.
