Tasting notes please ??
Sam Calagoine is quite a hero to me; I really enjoyed his book on the story of Dogfish Head but alas I have only tried 2 of his beers :( one was made with some grape must and aged in wine barrels ? bit ulrgh really, interesting an definately held the flavors together I'm just not a white wine man. the other was a cask 90min IPA at the GBBF V.RARE IN THE UK. and I loved every sip of it.
Root beer aswell ? it's not even a thing in the UK but I just googled it and it is made with sassafras root, can people just obtain sassafras in the states ? It's locked down in the EU due to MDMA production ! I'm guessing technically the molasses and cane sugar would be the fermentables and make it unfit for >>>/beer but it looks more like it appeals to adults rather than than the garish packaging on the alcopop (clearly intended for babbies first drink in the park) posted earlier and the skill in blending and producing a rootbeer must be more than adding some yeast to some over sugared lemon water.
Giving a taste review would make it more acceptable than just what do you think of x?
