Yo what up? Never heard of this brewery (why would I in england?) so thanks. If your camera man is so autistic about pouring beer without yeast why does he let you pour all your beers so badly? Firstly I've not really noticed stout flavours being affected by yeast being poured in so I won't worry with stouts with yeast but I do taste yeast in pales and IPAs (being a Britbong we are a lot more tolerant to yeast, very few brewers force carbonate or filter beer, this is changing with the craft scene, even I have bottled some beers that have been force carbonated and I run my bar off corniekegs unless a large event is planned) so i'll avoid it with those but your pouring technique needs work. You can lose hop oils to foam in your head so pouring with a massive head will rob your beer of more oils than pouring a small head, again never really a worry with stouts but when your paying for extra hops in a IPA then why lose out? Pouring drinks slowly and with your glass at a 45ish degree angle to your body will keep the carbonation in the beer and only straighten up at the end for a tiny head, there are exceptions to the rule such a wheatbeers that suit the yeast being poured in and a massive foamy head forming. Also a good stout usually forms it's own head no problem. Also why no see through shirt? Apart from those schoolboy errors 7/10
