I wonder how hard it'd be to race swap Pitts characters in Photoshop, or in my case, Gimp.

Gonna give it a try, of course I'll do it on pics without the males head, can't palette swap that shit away.

This is what I came up with.

Quite satisfied with the skin tone. Spent an hour fiddling with layers and overlay until stumbling over the solution; adjusting brightness/contrast and hue/saturation on a layer containing only a cut out selection of the guys skin.

The edges are a bit crap, though. I think too much feathering and a bit shit selection work.

I'll try to change the girl to black and clean up the edges and see how it goes. I'll post the result in /ebon/, probably here too, but definitely there.
