A lot of billionaires are predicting another recession by the end of 2015. I'm just a college kid wanting to get into stocks. Would it be good for me to purchase these stocks during the recession, hold onto them and wait for them to bounce back?

Getting the wife's spending under control is the hard part.

I will have to start with Penny stocks and go from there…once I get my "raise" Ill be able to jump in quickly.

imho a 7 year cycle that's occurred 2 times isn't much of a cycle.. not proved at all. but yeah 2015 does seem rough

yes. But only buy the most solid companies. How to pick them? no idea. if goldman sachs drops though that's probably safe. Also, manufacturing should recover quickly, and tech stocks (as companies invest in productivity). a lot of tech investment occurred in 2008 though so i'm not sure if that will happen again though
