Of course, though it's only happened to me once.
When I was 16, a number of relatives came to the house for my younger brother's birthday. Among them was a cute 11-12 year old boy who was a distant cousin. This boy was unusually fond of me and spent more time with me than with his peers. One afternoon he came to hang out in my room after getting tired of playing with the other kids, sitting beside me as I put Jackass on the television. After a few minutes he casually rested his hand on my thigh. I pretended not to notice, firstly because I don't believe sexual contact is appropriate (though I have no problem with displays of affection such as hugs, caresses etc.) and secondly because this particular boy would use any response as leverage to embarrass me in front of others, which would be his idea of a joke. After a few short minutes of my indifference, he began to 'play fight' with me, and when I tired him out by repeatedly overpowering him, he sat in my lap to rest. It was a nice experience to say the least.
