I read a story about a boy at an English boarding school who loved the sex going on between the residents, but wanted his teacher. The teacher had a crush on the boy in pic related, and so the student used that knowledge to seduce his adult friend. It was a very well written short story, and incorporated elements of art and social discussion wonderfully.

I would usually agree with you but that IS indeed art. That photo hangs in many museums, is included in books of the artist's work and as you can see from the link it is legally for sale as art.
seems like a pretty glaring double standard but it is what it is. thinking about it more though at that age is a hardon really sexual necessarily? little boys get them all the time for pretty much no reason at all. that I assume could be true in this case.
