Not totally sure man, the dudes can how to extract data from pictures and find out some stuff about you, such as location, but if you use a Exif data eraser, and always make sure the camera doesn't store your location for pictures, then you can be a lot safer. Beyond that, if you want to post pictures, Make sure your background has nothing identifying in it. Best bet, use a wall or bed sheet or something for your background. Also, make sure whatever stuff you wear has no info about your location, like local sports teams or whatever.
