I looked into it myself. It's pretty common on tumblr where revised history and outright lies about black people or anyone considered an ethnic minority in the usa or Europe.
The ones I see were about how one user created a list of mass murderers and serial killers. They were overjoyed to new there were no black people on the list. The image macro attached to it was a black woman sipping a tea cup labeled 'white tears'
It seems like it is unrelated to that stupid Kermit meme, but more aligned with the fallacy of 'if you try to critique me, you are a baby' much like the feminism male tears meme.
Fight fire with fire on this one. Make heavily biased lists where blacks are the main perpetrators of atrocities. There are several available now. However the image used to signify the drinking of their tears should have an obvious air of superiority. You would not drink anything that came out of a black person, that is so far beneath you. A white king drinking fine wine or a beautiful white woman sipping Champaign looking directly into the camera as if to say "oh, the 'help' finally showed up"
