It's fake; all of the images save 5 are taken from actual colorblindness tests, while it isn't. Part of the joke is to pretend to see the number in 5, usually claimed to be 69 (even more ebin). It works well because anyone who claims otherwise (myself included) can be accused of being gay. Think penis inspection day.
