I was the first to come up with it (before this book showed up) and it was on /b/, shorty after I created the board >>>/magick/ and started posting about "meme magick" on /bane/, this spread to /bmw/ eventually, and then all 3 boards brought it to /pol/. Now I see it as far as /a/ and /v/.

Don't take all credit for /pol/, when they are one of the last boards to hear about it. Sure they helped popularize it, but they didn't "make it up" and it's not fair to say "we".

It's not really hard to see what happened as it has happened many times, not only with English.

It's a little difficult to explain, but it's a result of trying to suppress those that though the soul was a sun and the stars unborn souls.

These blas-phemers had observed that the fire rises, and that animals radiated heat, like it was a fire burning inside. That both animals and fire, could be suffocated by lack of air, was further proof.

I haven't figured out if these blasphemers though there was a holy ghost that gave eternal life, or if they were the first empiricists. If so, they don't even have to have been suppressed, it's just forgotten because it was wrong.

Anyway, if the stars in the sky are like tadpoles in a pond, then a frog could symbolize the god that created all the stars.

There are so many, but the interesting ones, are the one that have been rewritten or gone into the memory hole.

The enlightenment came when book printing had shown the old institutions was parroting memes, rather than real knowledge, so the old institutions that survived, changed the memes, and pretended nothing had changed.

Egypt and the frog god is one example, the phrygian caps another. Lady Liberty and the liberty tree, is relevant to Americans, and so are liberty poles.
