So for a while, I've noticed an unspoken kinship between Sanders and Trump fans. And seeing this highly upvoted comment on /r/SandersForPresident confirmed it.

Both are anti-establishment, populist, newcomers with rabid fanbases. They both put the people first (in their own way) and are facing establishment adversaries that are completely hated by everyone on every side.

I have a feeling we can tip the Sanders crowd toward more pro-Trump views by posing as Sanders supporters and highlighting the similarities between them. Warm them up so if Bernie loses the primary, they'll vote for Trump in the general election. It won't even be a huge jump, they just have to see a shift in the consensus.

Emphasize how terrible Clinton is, and reluctantly back Trump

>Trump's an asshole, but at least he's not a warmongering opportunist like Hillary

Highlight how Trump doesn't want to overthrow Assad in Syria and would rather work with Iran and Russia, and how much this terrifies the Neocon warhawks. Mention Clinton's role in overthrowing Gaddafi, and how it destroyed Libya.

Bridge the gap both ways on your real/conservative accounts. Say feel-good kumbayah things like "I'm a Trump supporter, but if he loses the primary, I'm definitely voting for Bernie. The establishment needs to go." Liberals love heartwarming "enemies becoming friends" stories and your comments will be easily upvoted.

You may ask "how do we know it won't backfire and make Trump supporters go to Bernie?"

1. Trump won't lose the primary, but Bernie most likely will.

2. "Trump is pure evil!" is a milennial meme that needs to be cracked. No equivalent for Bernie on the right.

3. Who cares? If Trump doesn't get the nomination (he will) we're fucked. No way we're recovering from 16 years of unchecked immigration and amnesty. We'll have to work 100% outside the political system in that case.

You think he takes these controversial positions for the sake of it? This is stuff we were only hearing among trusted company or on /pol/ before Trump came along. Him as a liar or traitor just doesn't make sense.

I really want to wage psychological warfare on Bernie supporters most of all. His recent slanders against Trump have proven that he is not the principled truth teller that he claims to be. We can make inroads against them by asking "Why is Bernie so unfair to Trump? Shouldn't he support someone that is against the establishment too?"

I want their tears.

Give them the silent treatment, and try to get them banned.

We stand with the Anti-Anti-Fascist Action principle of “no platform,” which means we do not debate with anti-fascists and allow them a platform to share their ideas. The easiest way to approach this issue with the media, is to continue to make our voices heard that we will not tolerate these type of commentators to be allowed in as “just another voice on an issue.”
