This is a clandestine communications strategy thread.

Understandably, shills will continue to invade threads on the popular boards such as /pol/. There should be an 'inside' way of communicating. I think as part of our mission, we should be providing not just memetic munitions but strategic ones as well. I would like to start creating images which explain how to use these methods.

I do not believe these instructions should be posted totally wide-spread, as this would give instruction to the very shills we may be trying to dodge.

I think one good idea that has been used on boards for some time is steganography. Basically, embed a message into an image. The cover conversation would be for the 'public' to read while the real conversation occurs within the images.

One way would be if Bureau Agents all were familiar with a particular badge or emblem, which if seen in the image, signifies a covert message.

Tools exist already to do this in undetectable ways (e.g. not just slapping an archive at the end of a jpeg).

One useful tool is Steghide. I strongly suggest Agents become acquainted with it as if it were their sidearm. Another tool, though not really steganographic, is GNU Privacy Guard.

Windows cucks can get Cygwin 64-bit and install steghide and gnupg. Installing Cygwin is real simple (DO NOT INSTALL EVERYTHING is the only rule).

Pic is related, the –help text to steghide

This (PNG) could be an example of an emblem in the corner of an image that means it contains a Bureau communiqué.

The Example.jpg is a file that has a message embedded with steghide. You have a working copy of steghide if you can download Example.jpg and extract test.txt from it with the password topkek.

Emblem is chosen as it seemed to be an /intl/ logo for a short while. Think of it as "Against Shill."

I must respectfully disagree with the potential usefulness of this.

A person concerned with memetic warfare should only concern themselves with the message and virility (dankness) of a meme

The purpose is not to boost OUR content for its own sake, but more often to identify existing useful content and then spread it where it needs to be. What this amounts to often is finding dank memes on the chans and spreading them to normie sites (imgur, facebook, tumblr etc) to red-pill them - identifying these macros with a mark would only help weed them out for those in opposition to our ideas and on the same hand it does not help them spread any farther than it would otherwise (except perhaps that a /BMW/ agent recognized it and deliberately spread it, but we are few in number and so I believe that the risks outweigh the benefits)

The symbol you made though could be very useful in threads where it is apparent that /intl/ is shilling

Yes sir, this is a very useful strategy, keep up the good work.

What about desudesu talk? Works like a charm and we can literally hijack any thread.

To use DDT, you need Greasemonkey, also known as Tampermonkey on Chromium and Violentmonkey on Opera. Once that's installed, use this link to install the script: https://github.com/desudesutalk/desudesutalk/raw/master/ddt.user.js

Refresh the page and get your keys set up by clicking the icon in the bottom-right. Click "log in" and enter any password and number you choose, and keep them both secret. Write these down somewhere. Wait a while as the javascript runs to generate the resulting key. This is your public key.

To make sure everything works, navigate to a thread and head over to the "messages" tab. Click "get old messages" and the script will attempt to decode messages in the thread. You will probably not have anybody sending messages you can see at first. When you write a message, it is signed in such a way that only people in your contacts can see it. If you have just generated a key, nobody has you in your contacts, and you will not be able to see messages.

You can add a public key to your contacts and give that person a name by clicking the "add" button under an image they have posted. Once you have some people in your contacts, you can start posting messages to them.

That's the basics. A slightly more detailed guide can be found on Github at https://github.com/desudesutalk/desudesutalk/wiki/How-to-use-this-script , but aware it is somewhat difficult to read.

>there's another thing. With this meta memetic shitpost is possible. Do you remember those slides that leaked from the US army? We can use the same technique they used with the images there to transmit a narrative without really type anything. Nor compromise our communication. It would divert attention and no one would suspect anything.
