So, the ability for SCPs to be forced is not an agreed upon thing, and even if they can be forced, it's still an incredibly complicated process. However, killing a potential SCP is done unwittingly all the time.

A not-yet-established potential SCP can be ruined by "forcing."

Could we leverage the fragility of SCPs in their larval state to neutralize objectionable potential SCPs? Could this backfire via Streisand effect?

There're two ways I think we can neutralize harmful thoughtforms

- draw them poorly and make them stupid and unfunny, though this could backfire as stupid and unfunny seems to be no barrier to meemception

- we create a meem hunter, a SCPtic helsing squad that is drawn into the world of the SCP to defeat it in truth

I'm all for globulization, which simply allows meme units to form organically through a process. Nobody decides on memery but certainly nobody doesn't decide either. It's really quite meaningless ultimately, with regard to forcing or unforcing. I simply do whatever I want when I want to.

You ignore them. Tumblr and reddit tried forcing memes for half a decade and they've gone nowhere. Example are those stupid black and white traces of faces with some stupid phrase on them. They were cancer and they died at their infancy.
