The new boards will let anyone come and worship, bible study, or debate. It will not have a "Christian quota" and anyone can join. You will not be banned for saying you are a Mormon, an Atheist, Gnostic, or for disagreeing on the scripture. You will not be banned for believing in gay marriage or advocating pre-marital sex. You can post any images without being banned as long as you spoiler them and they are not illegal.

There will be no uncertainty about what you can post, because the admin will have lax rules and is not quick to anger. The doors are open, come now.

Not sure about this second one yet. But stay away from >>>/Christian/ where the admin has been handing out bans. Make the new board grow.
