/x/ is and always has been the "paranormal" board, and it walked the line between being a place for discussing the paranormal and a place for discussing general spooky stuff. Now that /fringe/ serves as the better go-to place for paranormal discussion, I felt that general spooky things needed a place to call their own.
To summarize, this a place to discuss the horror genre (movies, games, literature etc) and anything that falls into the general realm of spooky/horror, be it real or fake.
